Rasa grew up in Lithuania and at the age of 19 moved to London (UK) where she studied law. During her study years, Rasa worked with a real estate agency and architect/developer. This is exactly when she knew her career will evolve around 'all things property'.

In 2013 Rasa and her partner were offered an opportunity to relocate to Christchurch (NZ) to support the post-earthquakes rebuild. Originally, the move was supposed to be only temporary, however, couple years later Rasa and her partner knew they found a home 'away from home' in a land of beautiful Aotearoa. In 2018 the family decided to move to Hamilton.

With a background in legal studies combined with over 12 years of international and local industry professional experience spanning across real estate, Crown land disposals and acquisitions, facilities co-ordination, large scale commercial developments and property management, she offers a strong level of understanding of overall property lifecycle. Rasa is highly personable, organised, efficient and takes a lot of pride in her natural ability to build long lasting relationships, whilst always delivering a professional service, tailored to the client's needs.

Rasa also volunteers with Dress for Success charity, and is a firm believer giving back to community, in one form or the other, is something we all should do.
