Stuart Bent is Bayleys National Director of Property Management Services responsible for the business growth, lead generation and overall enhancement of the nationwide commercial and residential property management service lines.

With a national management portfolio comprising $3.8billion of commercial assets and 8,800 residential properties, Bayleys has now become one of New Zealand’s largest full Property Management service providers supporting private and institutional clients both here in New Zealand and across the globe.

As a member of the Bayleys Executive Leadership Group and previously the General Manager of Bayleys Property Services and Valuations, Stuart has a broad understanding of all aspects of the Bayleys business and has played an integral part in the development of our Altogether Better philosophy.

Stuart is a Registered Valuer, Fellow Member of the New Zealand Property Institute and a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
