Grace joined the Bayleys Valuations Hamilton team in late 2025. She specialises in residential and lifestyle property valuations across Hamilton City and the wider Waikato region.

Grace undertakes market valuations for a range of purposes and is committed to delivering thorough, well-researched, and independent advice. She holds a Bachelor of Agricommerce, majoring in Rural Valuation. Her background in rating valuation provides a strong analytical foundation and a comprehensive understanding of property data and market trends.

Grace is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers and serves on the Waikato Branch Committee. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, playing hockey, and returning to her family’s farm in Waerenga.
