Bayleys is thrilled to welcome the EVES Waikato teams into our family, growing our Waikato presence and delivering even greater reach, expertise, and outcomes for our clients.

From 1 May 2025, the EVES residential sales business in the Waikato will rebrand to Bayleys, with the EVES Property Management division following suit on 1 June. This move will bring together the strengths of both EVES and Bayleys, creating a more powerful, single-brand presence to accelerate growth and better serve clients in Hamilton and the wider region.

The rebrand will see all existing EVES Waikato offices, salespeople, and property managers continue operations as Bayleys, joining our current Bayleys Waikato offices, to create a strong presence with 11 total offices throughout the region.
