Wesley began his journey in property management in Hamilton in 1998, where he quickly made his mark, earning numerous industry accolades. His passion for real estate later led him into sales, where he enjoyed a successful tenure as a sales agent. After a break from the industry, the opportunity to return to property management felt like coming home. For Wesley, the industry is about more than just property – it’s about people.

“Although this is a property industry, it is people-centric – landlords, tenants, contractors, suppliers, colleagues, etc.”

Wesley is passionate about building a team grounded in trust, work ethic, and honesty – values that form the cornerstone of their service. In a constantly evolving industry, he sees his role as not only a leader but also a supporter and educator, ensuring both clients and team members are equipped with the latest knowledge and resources.

“We have to be constantly upskilling on the many facets of our profession – legislation, best practice, health and safety, and more.”

A thoughtful and values-based leader, Wesley brings both experience and empathy to his role. “I make considered decisions. Listening and communication are the keys to successful management of property and the people to whom it means so much.”

Outside of work, Wesley enjoys time with family and friends, playing golf, fishing, and following sport – pursuits that reflect his down-to-earth nature and strong sense of balance.
